Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Bill met Rose - his Italian-born sweetheart, spouse and ministry partner of 33 years - in Toronto, Canada. They have two married children and Fenway, a gregarious Maine Coon kitten who lives to play tag, hide-and-seek and snag flying objects off the wall like an outfielder.
Bill loves music of all kinds and plays competitive sports; is a railroad steam-engine aficionado and train collector; and hunts and collects fossils as an amateur paleontologist. Check out more details in his on-line Resume.

Rose Mugford was born in Southern Italy and raised in Toronto, Canada. Living in the inner city, she learned to love and appreciate diversity and many cultures. This experience shaped much of Rose's love for peoples around the world. She and Bill have served together much of their ministry lives.
A profound love of learning and deep passion for spiritual transformation for all ages have occasioned a unique life journey in education. As a professional educator, Rose has taught at the High School level; initiated a unique Children's Ministry program for urban kids for Church In The City, a new church that Bill and Rose planted in downtown Toronto; ministered part-time in Adult Education at Christ Church of Oak Brook; authored children's curriculum; represented Health Promotion Network, Worldwide as a Corporate Trainer; and served as Children's Ministries Director for High Point Church, Madison, Wisconsin. Rose is an exceptional Bible teacher and sometimes conference/seminar speaker.
Rose has her B.A. from Tyndale College, Toronto, and a M.A. from Wheaton College, Illinois.
When she's is not educating, Rose is exploring the world with Bill. She loves entertaining, ...and you guessed it, cooking!
